1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM AWST will be processed the next business day.
Same-day dispatch for orders placed before 12:00 PM AWST (Monday-Friday).
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
2. Delivery Areas
SoilTrack ships to all states and territories within Australia, including:
- New South Wales (NSW)
- Victoria (VIC)
- Queensland (QLD)
- Western Australia (WA) — Local deliveries from Ballajura, 6066
- South Australia (SA)
- Tasmania (TAS)
- Australian Capital Territory (ACT)
- Northern Territory (NT)
We also deliver to regional and remote areas. Please note that deliveries to remote locations may take additional time (see Section 7).
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch and may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with:
- A unique tracking number
- A link to the carrier's tracking portal
- Real-time updates on your delivery status
You can also track your order by logging into your SoilTrack account and visiting the "Order History" section.
5. Signature on Delivery
For security purposes, signature is required upon delivery for all orders over $200. If you are not available to sign, the carrier will leave a collection notice and your parcel will be held at the nearest depot or post office for 5 business days.
For orders under $200, the carrier may leave the parcel in a safe location at their discretion. SoilTrack is not liable for stolen parcels left without a signature.
6. Damaged or Lost Items
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and product
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Keep all original packaging for inspection
We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Lost Items
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your order, please check with neighbours or around your property. If still missing, contact us within 7 days and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
7. Rural & Remote Deliveries
We proudly serve farmers in regional and remote Australia. However, please be aware that:
- Delivery to remote locations may take 10-15 business days
- Some remote areas may incur additional courier fees — we will notify you before processing
- For properties without standard street addresses, please provide detailed delivery instructions
- Consider using a local depot or post office box for more reliable delivery

8. Local Pickup (Ballajura, WA)
Customers in the Perth metropolitan area can choose free local pickup from our Ballajura warehouse.
- Pickup Location: Ballajura, WA 6066 (exact address provided after order confirmation)
- Pickup Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM AWST
- Notification: You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup (usually within 1 business day)
- ID Required: Please bring your order confirmation and photo ID
9. International Shipping
Currently, SoilTrack ships only within Australia. We do not offer international shipping at this time. For inquiries about shipping to New Zealand or other countries, please contact our support team.
