Your continued use of our website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
3. Products & Pricing
All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. We strive to ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate, but we do not warrant that they are error-free.
- Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and Services Tax) where applicable.
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
- In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed at the incorrect price.
- Product images are for illustrative purposes only; actual products may vary slightly.
4. Orders & Acceptance
When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. Order acceptance is subject to:
- Product availability
- Payment verification
- Delivery address validation
We will send an order confirmation email upon receipt of your order. A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch the products and send you a dispatch confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or stock unavailability.
5. Payment Terms
We accept the following payment methods:
- Visa, Mastercard, American Express (via Stripe)
- PayPal
- Afterpay (where available)
- Bank transfer (for bulk orders)
Payment is due at the time of order. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways. SoilTrack does not store your full credit card details.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Our shipping policy is outlined in detail on our Shipping Policy page. Key points include:
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- Same-day dispatch for orders placed before 12:00 PM AWST.
- Delivery times vary by location (3-15 business days depending on remoteness).
- Signature is required for orders over $200.
- Local pickup is available from our Ballajura, WA warehouse.
Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
7. Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please review our return policy:
- Change of mind: Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Faulty or damaged products: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

8. Warranty
SoilTrack offers manufacturer warranties on all products. Warranty periods vary by product and brand (typically 12 months to 2 years). The warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Faulty components
- Hardware failures under normal use
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow product instructions. For warranty claims, please retain your proof of purchase and contact our support team.
9. Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred on you by the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or any other applicable legislation.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoilTrack's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our products is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, or data
- Losses arising from misuse of our products
- Delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the SoilTrack website, including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software, is the property of SoilTrack or our licensors and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without our express written permission.
12. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our website, you consent to the handling of your information as described in that policy.
13. User Accounts
If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to:
